SERVE

Peter 4:10
God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.

Mark 10:45
For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

Psalm 2:11
Serve the Lord with reverent fear, and rejoice with trembling.

AHBC has an organized outreach program in which anyone in the Church may participate.

AHBC Food Pantry – provides a small food pantry for those in need.

Benevolence Committee – provides limited assistance for those in need.

Christmas in Action – A missions effort begun by Church member Bobby Trimble in 1972 when he was convinced by the message in James 2:15-17 about our faith being demonstrated with actions and not words alone. It focuses on restoration of homes for families which have challenges with their ability to address the maintenance and structures of their homes.

There are many opportunities for service on a daily basis at AHBC!
